This step isn’t just about introductions—it’s about aligning on a clear roadmap for the next four weeks, tailored to your unique needs.

Purpose: To connect with your team and gather insights that will power a comprehensive advocacy strategy.
Building a great customer experience is a team sport, and the best strategies are built off collaboration. At this point I’ll meet with key stakeholders—from sales teams to customer success managers and marketing leads—to gain a holistic view of your customers’ journey. Together, we’ll explore critical data points, such as customer pain points, how your product is designed to address those pain points, and moments of success that spark loyalty. From this, I’ll also craft targeted interview questions designed to uncover what truly makes your customers thrive.

Purpose: To gather rich insights directly from your customers and identify patterns that pave the way for customer success.
In this phase, I’ll conduct in-depth interviews with your happiest and most successful customers. I’ll map their journeys, uncover their pain points and how they were solved, and identify the experiences that lead to exceptional results. Afterward, we’ll touch base to review my findings and align on a proposed plan for developing a truly impactful story.

Customer messaging points, including value propositions, one-liners, and talking points that resonate with prospective audiences

How to design an email campaign strategy to engage and inspire
A suggested campaign plan including details such as suggested length of campaign, channels of communication, and the different phases including discovery & education, amplification, and measuring feedback & successes.
Suggesting future advocacy initiatives, such as customer meetups, thought leadership opportunities, or product adoption campaigns.
I’ll circle back with your stakeholders to ensure alignment and/or provide you with tools to execute these programs effectively.
