Since 2013, I have supported every step of the customer journey at various leading technology companies. Today, I am translating what I know to help innovative & eco-conscious companies celebrate their success stories and tackle the climate crisis - one by one.

About Me

As a Northern California native and a global citizen, I've cultivated a profound love for our planet's breathtaking diversity.

After pursuing my B.A. degree in Global & International Studies at UC Santa Barbara, taking courses such as Global Environmental Politics & Policy, Economic & Developmental Perspectives, and Geopolitics of Natural Resources, I then started my career in the Bay Area in the tech industry. I spent 12 years working in different roles which support the customer journey at all different stages. This allowed me to truly grasp a holistic understanding of the customer journey and what makes a customer successful.

The alarming nature of what I learned throughout my studies though, stuck with me all these years. Now, I’m doing my part in protecting our planet.

The best chance we have at halting the dangerous path we’re quickly heading towards is through better business practices, and inspiring others that we can turn things around. My work is dedicated to lifting companies who provide innovative solutions aimed at limiting the damaging effects humanity has had on our planet. We’re at a critical tipping point in terms of climate change, but the power of humans and mission-driven organizations will steer us in the right direction. With my expertise in creating and celebrating customer success and in turn, business success, I will highlight the best parts of your journey alongside your customers to tell your story.
